Can't quite believe the number on the scale
Losing so much weight is starting to be very surreal. I hit 220 today. I never even dreamed of being in the teens and I'm almost there! I look at the numbers on the scale these days and I'm so happy. Why less calories as you lose weight?
This may be a dumb question. But I made it over 60 lbs of weight loss today and I had to readjust my goals. It lowered my calories by 70 calories or so. That's fine. But why? It seems like as you lose weight and exercise your metabolism would be getting higher and you'd burn more?

What can I do about loose skin?
So I've lost 50+ lbs and I like how I'm looking except for the loose skin. I notice it around my knees, my thighs and belly. It's just gross and I don't know if it will go away on it's own. I'm 38 and I've heard it usually goes away for younger people. But I'm worried.
