how much cardio do I really need to do?
To lose weight? Is it daily? Every other day alternating with strength? Im doing c25k (im on week 4) and havebeen doing walk at home DVDs plus a basic full body strength routine with reoffsistance bands on my off days. Is the extra cardio necessary, or is running 3x week enough?

Can you please clarify this for me? MFP set me at 1200 calories. I log nursing exclusively, which "burns" 500 calories, putting me at 1700 for the day. I try to eat all that back.
