how to log c25k?

I'm starting it on Monday. How should I log it? I dont have a HRM.
I only see options for jogging or walking.

I was JUST going to ask this question. I'm on Day 2 of Week 1. Ugh. I guess I need to get one of those calculator thingies of some type, but there are so many people talk about on here I'm lost. Luckily, I think I'll maybe be able to get one. I am literally just running around my yard right now, because I feel so awkward about running, so I have no idea of the distance. I just put jogging for 10 minutes and walking for 10 minutes for this first week. I don't know.0

C25k is walking and jogging combined. Just log how much you do of each.0

Heh someone's gonna say it so I might as well be first. Get a HRM. It's been so much easier to figure out with one. However if you break down the jog/walk you should be good too.0
