I did it!!
I finally did it. I joined a gym today! I haven't been in a gym for yrs. I finally decided it that I need to join a gym to really get a good workout in. I am a bit sore this evening but no pain, no gain right?!? I did 3 miles on the treadmill and 3 miles on a spinner. I am very proud of myself.

Cincinnati Ohio - 5/10K in Spring 2012

I know its a weird question BUT LADIES
I work out atleast 2 times everyday. I seem to be definitly sweating more, which make me apply more and more deodorant. Is there one that works better then the other? Ive tried a couple different kinds, but none that I really like with working out so much. Thanks!

Calories - Do you/I eat enough?
My minimum each day is about 1250 calories. I eat a bit more then them, and burn atleast 400 each day. Am I not eating enough? I don't see the lbs coming off as quick as I wish. Do you eat your exercise calories? Should I be? Will it help me lose?

No Alcohol Until 11/18

Sparatic Workouts, are they beneficial?
I workout every night atleast 25 mins. I also do about 10-20 mins walking at work and 2 sets of 5 minutes running in place before bed. Are these smaller workouts beneficial?
