I workout every night atleast 25 mins.
I also do about 10-20 mins walking at work and 2 sets of 5 minutes running in place before bed.
Are these smaller workouts beneficial?

In short yes. They are not ideal, but they are better than nothing. To realize real cardio benefits you need 30 minutes in a row at least.0

They are better than nothing. But your body tales awhile to warm up and start burning fat. therefore if you did all of this at once it would before beneficial in the long run when it comes to endurance building and calorie burning. Good luck!! You will get the hang of it0

Every workout is better then nothing and you are doing a great job keeping active and moving. If you do have the time try to walk longer as the fat burn on cardio exercise does not kick in until about 20 min. into the workout. carbs and protein burn first and after 20 min. it goes to the fat. It is more beneficial to go slow but longer then short and fast.....0
