Peanuts, Almonds, Pecans... Whats to eat

I am new to dieting but I love all kinds of nuts such as peanuts, almonds, pecans.
Id like to throw them in as a snack.
I love the Kroger Spicy Peanuts but they are horrible for you.
Suggestions of good ones?

Almonds, walnuts and brazils are all good. But you need to eat them natural/raw, no added salt. And just a handful at a time. They are good for you, but high in calories.
