too soon to work out the same muscles again?
I've always skipped a day between working the same muscle group. I just want to rant about my period.
Seriously?? THREE POUNDS overnight??? I go through this every month, and every month you would think it's the first time! I also ate some frozen pizza from Trader Joe's last night, which sure didn't help with the sodium, either. Ugggh, I know it's water weight, but it's just soooo discouraging :-(

vegetarians--how much protein do you get?
There's another thread about protein, where most people seem to be getting over 100g of protein a day. I'm semi-veg (I eat fish a couple of times a week, occasionally some chicken; very rarely anything else...) and most days get around 30-40...if I eat chicken or fish it's a bit higher. What are your numbers usually like?
