cold - when do you go back to the gym/workout?
So I've been down with a cold the last three days. Feeling pretty ok this morning, though my head's still stuffy - do I start with a calmer workout to make sure I'm all right before going back to my regular workout routine?

I got this little Curves log to keep foods eaten and such..I can't even fit everything in it. Even keeping within my calories I eat like 10 small things with lunch, or whatever. Such a grabber.
