So I've been down with a cold the last three days. Feeling pretty ok this morning, though my head's still stuffy - do I start with a calmer workout to make sure I'm all right before going back to my regular workout routine?

I still work out with a cold, but I am a work out addict.
As a rule of thumb, as long as your cold is not on your chest, then you should be OK to work out.0 -
I still lift through the whole thing, unless I am so sick that I just cannot move at all. I would imagine that so long as your breathing ability is fine, you'll be alright.0
