make me run!

I didn't do the 5k training last week b/c I had a kid home with pneumonia and at least one other kid home every day, PLUS my 70-degree-last-wee-Fri turned into snow and slushy stuff I can't run on..I barely got my Curves training in.

So today it's COLD but I think it'll be clear if I get to the track in town...I have ONE hour to go DO IT before my husband has to leave. Please say something to make me go do it. I do NOT feel like getting up and out into that damned cold weather!!!

    Go! Go NOW. You don't think you want to go, but once you are there (and even better, once you are done) you will feel so awesome about your awesome self!

    If you go now, you will feel so much better for having done it. If you don't, you'll feel bad for not going. To me the choice is obvious.

    I did it EVEN THOUGH MY HUSBAND WAS COMPLAINING AT ME WHILE I WAS ON MY WAY OUT because he wanted to go play with his friends and my 20 minute trainin was going to cramp his style - sheesh!! He's going to be out till after midnight, did he REALLY need that extra half hour at 4 in the afternoon??? But I DID IT!
