Fat Setting
My daily calorie intake is set to 1400 cals. My Carbs is set to 55%, Protein is 25%, and Fat is 20%. I always end up going over my fat% by 5-10. So, my question is, will I just gain weight even though I don't go over my cals, carbs, and protein? And one more thing, my cholesterol is set to 300 but I'm always going over by…

I'm so sad
to see that people who started the same time as me (May 2008) lost weight. But for me, I'm going nowhere and starting all over again.:sad: :sad: :sad: I've been exercising regularly and its so sad to see that the scale hasn't moved in the last 8 months.

okay, i eat alot of rice (jasmine). but i'm so confused. i finally had time to look at the calories and nutrition and it said that 1/4 cup of dried rice equals 454 cal. after the rice is cooked, it's no longer 1/4 cup. so my question is that how many cups is it then? anyone know?
