does shopping count as an exercise? i went shopping yesterday for 1.5 hours and spent most of the time on my feet walking and carrying my 11 month old baby looking around.

    It counts for something. I just don't add it to my exercise. Although some people might:flowerforyou:

    Hi

    Yesterday I was out from 1-4 with the kids at the park and running errands at the mall
    The only exc I count or log in is when I hit the treadmill

    type in walk---there is one for carrying a child and slow pace i would use it for an estimate (low) time
