so yesterday i went to the gym and there is this class called cardio kick which runs for about an hour. it always looked interesting, but i never went to the class until yesterday. i usually do my 30 minute on the trendmill and 30 minute of the elliptical.

anyways, i went and workout in there and it was easy. it consists of squats, jumping jacks, push ups, punching and etc. so i'm like how can i even burn calories, i sweated, but it wasn't to the extent of running and on the trendmill and the elliptical.

and omg today my arms are so sore, my back's sore, everything is sore. i haven't been sore like this ever since march 2008 when i started exercising. i'm so surprised though. i'm going to start going every tuesday now, that's when the class is offered.

Oh, that sounds like a good way to get the basic moves in...maybe I'll try it too!
