what should my carbs, fat, and protein be set at?

does anyone know what i should set my carbs, fat, and protein at? mfp has it set for me at 55% carbs, 30% fat, and 15% protein. i'm 5' 2 and weigh 142. my goal weight is 110-115.

Everyone sets it a little different depending on their level of activity. If you are working out on a regular basis then 50, 25, 25 is a good. If you are not working out as much - you don't need your protein as high you could keep it a little lower. I keep my fats at 25% just in case I go a little over I still stay under 30%.0
