i've noticed that my skin is getting clearer and looking better. i guess exercising does really help with one's skin. i feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel great!:happy:

    For me, it's my diet more than exercising. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and sticking with a daily skin routine keeps my skin beautiful and clear!!! :bigsmile:

    yes! I heard drinking lots of water daily really helps give you beautiful skin... I should drink more water haha

    now that i work out every day i have acne around my hair line, it is driving me crazy! I wash my face right after my workout every time but it is still there.:grumble:
