What's so great about coconut oil?
It seems like it's the big thing right now to use for everything. I'm not sure I get it for cooking though- it has a lot of saturated fat, so how is it better than butter, let alone olive oil which is unsaturated?

Stronglifts and lower back pain

Just wondering if anyone has any personal experiences with it? I think it's getting a new brand name but can't remember. It's the birth control implant that goes into your arm. Sounds appealing since it's longer term and more goof proof than the pill but not as terrifying sounding as an IUD haha.
