Just wondering if anyone has any personal experiences with it? I think it's getting a new brand name but can't remember. It's the birth control implant that goes into your arm. Sounds appealing since it's longer term and more goof proof than the pill but not as terrifying sounding as an IUD haha.

I went with Mirena and it really wasn't so bad. If you've ever had a thin-prep pap test then you've basically experienced the pain associated with the IUD insertion. And if you've ever had children then its nothing at all.....However, I did have cramping and nausea for about an hour afterwards. I had mine done on my lunch break and went straight back to work no problems after I took 2 advil.

In my opinion the worst part is the ultrasound device used!
