For me it's definitely my midsection. From the time I was a little kid I hated how big my belly was. I just fixate on it. They say that abs are made in the kitchen but damn it, I eat healthier than most of the population and I also have a flabbier tummy than many. I can deal with my thick ish butt, hips and thighs; I even think that it's a good thing, but the tummy really needs to go away.

It's interesting to me to see what different people fixate on and I wonder how much of it is reality vs perception. Maybe if I had a flatter stomach then I would fixate on my thighs.I never really give my arms a second thought but I have a friend that insists she has the worst underarm flap ever and it would be the first thing she would get "fixed" if she were to get plastic surgery.
