My calorie intake is less than my BMR should I change?
iv just worked out my BMR which is 1440 cals a day, at the moment I'm on 1200 cals a day. Will I loose less if I carry on eating less than my BMR?

Help cinema food
so I'm going to the cinema, but what's by best option I'm buying food at the supermarket. Do I go for dried fruit but then it's high carb or popcorn, or any other ideas?

Got new scales they are awesome
since iv started resistance training my weight hasn't dropped on the scale so I decided to get some new ones, they are amazing, so I can now test my body fat, muscle mass, and water content. They even have a USB and software that tracks your progress and charts it all on my computer. Best investment ever!

help weight not budging!
I was eating 1200 cals a day for about 6 weeks had no loss, then went to 1400 for a month had no loss now I'm on 1800 for about 3 weeks and still no loss. Xbox kinect
i bought an xbox kinect, iv got flu at the mo so don't want to go to the gym, thought I would burn some calories on the kinect. Put my hrm on, on played a game foe 30 mins burnt 250 cals, not bad for having fun in your own living room!

i do cardio 4 times a week ( raquet sport,swimming) and weights twice a week. My diet is currently 1200 cals a day I have 14lbs to loose. At the mo I'm on 45% carbs 35% protein and 20% fat.
