Probably sugar that you find in fruit...you still have to be easy on sugar. For instance, it's better to eat a regular salad than a fruit salad. If you are going to use fructose (assuming a company is selling it as a sugar alternative...although..it really isn't, because it is just sugar), then you have to watch your fruit intake....0

I'm not really sure what your question is. Fructose is the sugar that is found in fruit. Like any sugar it is ok in moderation but you shouldn't go crazy with it. When it's found in fruit it is covered in proteins that make it harder for the body to break down, which is why it's not as bad as refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup. In its natural state the proteins allow for a more controlled release of sugar, they don't produce the same spikes and crashes in blood sugar the way other sugars do. But if it's being sold as a sweetener it has been refined and may not be much better than regular sugar.0

Fruit sugars are very high in carbs, not good if your goal is to lose weight. My favorite is stevia, I prefer the liquid drops but the packets are ok too. No cals, no carbs, no impact on blood sugar, and the most natural of the non-caloric sweeteners0

It's still not the same as refined sugar. Refined sugar is made of about 45% fructose and about 55% glucose. 100% fructose is not the same. It does not get broken down the same way by the body and produces different levels of sugar in the blood at different rates.0 -
I see ok, well I have maybe 1 cup of decaf tea a day which I have 3 sweeteners in, would I be better trying to take 1 tsp of normal sugar? And when I have porridge I have 3 sweeteners in it. But as it's summer I don't have it much or I have some dark choc chips in it.0
