Have you tried "breading" your meats with nuts?
I just tried today and it was so good. I finely chopped almonds in the food processor, added some salt, garlic and seasoning and breaded my chicken in it (dipped it in eggs). I was a bit skeptical, but it was really good and easy. My kids liked it, too.

New to this - concerned about % of diet from fat
I just started Paleo a couple days ago (I am eating 1 greek yogurt (plain) a day). Weight workout if you have bad joints/back/etc.
I have hired 2 trainers and both of their workouts are bad for me.
