Hiding veggies
I am on a huge smoothie kick lately and I am looking for good recipes that hide veggies in them. My hubby will just do a straight brocolli, carrot, tomato smoothie and that is just not gonna work for me. Fat free vs Sugar free
I am specifically talking about coffee creamer, I am a self-proclaimed caffine addict and I need my coffee in the morning. I have used fat free and sugar free creamer and not noticed a difference in the taste with either, so which is better? Also if you have opinions on other products I would like to hear those as well.

I went over my fat allowance today and I am wondering how many calories equals a gram of fat. I have kind of a hard time staying in my fat allowance but I stay well under my calories most of the time. I know its just bad food choices but for me this is baby steps you know what I mean.

Is it possible? I drank 13 glasses of water yesterday and it is only 10:20 in the morning here and I am already working on my 7th. I am just so thirsty though. Thing is that since I started drinking all this water I have actually put on 2 pounds!
