So here is the deal, I have recently been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and it has reinforced the fact that I need to take care of my body.
I have come to the realization that I have been going through this cycle of nearly killing myself trying to work out and then getting so sick that I just give up all together and let myself go again. Wash, rinse, repeat… you get the picture. So I am looking for a simple low impact way to exercise and not strain myself to much but a small starting point that I can gradually build from.
Anyone have any suggestions, advice or a voice of experience?
