Logging workout videos

I have The Biggest loser Cardio Max DVD and The Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD and I am wondering how I would ad that into my exercise log on here. Any suggestions?

    The only way to know the cals burned is to find someone with a heart rate monitor who has done the workouts that you have, or get one for yourself.
    Sculpting is more strength training...and cardio is well, cardio!
    I do 30 Day Shred and it's under 'Circuit Training' because it does strength and cardio together evenly.

    When I work out to my cardio max dvd I put list it as aerobics but I wasn't too sure what to list it under either.
