Has anyone tried this? How much harder is it compared to L1 and L2? I'm sure if I'm willing my life away by trying it tonight instead of going to RPM for 60 mins!!!! I'd appreciate anyone giving me their views! P.s. I'm confident with L1, only done L2 a few times so far!

Carrying heavy shopping

Possible water weight gain??
I hope someone can help! It is possible to put 1kg on in water weight since Tuesday (3 days), right? Right, so people switch these on as soon as they enter the work out area (right before getting onto a machine) then pause it inbetween equipment/classes OR...do you stop it when you go to the changing rooms?!
