Mini "wave" for success...

Just wanted to share this with everyone, and thank those who have egged me on when I need the support!

Official logging of weight is tomorrow but in two weeks ( as of today), I've dropped 2.5kgs altogether from cleaning up my diet! That's 5.1kg gone since joing MFP!

And.............compared to Summer 2010, I'm 20lbs lighter! This has been SUCH a struggle but I'm smiling now..........I'm pretty pleased with that!

I've got RPM (spinnign) tonight so hopefully another 600-700 calories will get blasted off me.

Thanks again to my MFP buddies on here, and the support of the message boards!
