Hi all, I really want to start eating according to my macros but I am not 100% sure of where to start. For those of you who use IIFYM, where did you start? I know bodybuilding.com has lots of info on it and I have started there but just wanted to see what else is out there. Thanks!

9/21 This way a fun day! It was my off day for exercise and treat day! I ate healthy throughout the entire day except for dinner. My boyfriend and I had a burger and fries and a krispy kreme doughnut for dessert. It tasted like heaven. But back to normal today! :wink:

9/17 WOW I can't believe it has already been 21 days! The time is flying by! But this was a good day for me because I was under on my calories and I did the elliptical! 9/7 It was a good day overall but I did struggle during my 2 mile run. I think I didn't let my food settle long enough before I ran. I still finished my run though! 08/30 Today was another good day, I was under my calorie goal and got my workout in. But I just weighed myself before I went to work this morning and my weight hasn't changed, that kinda bummed me out. But I'm just going to use that as added motivation today! It's only been 3 days after all :laugh:

watching your sugar intake
Does anyone have any tips on how to cut down on your sugar intake? I have just been noticing lately how much sugar I eat and I am trying to work on it. I've already cut packaged bars and cereal out of my diet :tongue:

goal weight by my birthday!
Okay so my birthday is 36 days away and I want to lose 10 lbs by then so that I will be looking my best! I am going to cut some foods out of my diet. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've already got white bread and chocolate on the list (although I rarely eat those anyway). Any suggestions are welcome!!! :smile:
