Recovery Drink for Insanity

Hey guys! I just started doing insanity and I was wondering if anyone had and good recovery drinks or shakes that are good for when you've finished another day! Thanks:drinker:

    I have the recovery drink formula from beachbody. It comes in a big container, and decently good. I got used to the orange flavor, and now I like it. I would say it works :)

    I've always heard that chocolate milk is a great recovery drink. Who am I to argue with that logic?
