Oatmeal: interesting...
I was just watching a video on runnersword.com and the nutritionist said don't buy flavored oatmeal, it has too much sugar. She said it is better to buy plain oatmeal and then add your own brown sugar, jam, or honey, or whatever you wish. Just thought I'd share, I've been buying the flavored ones! ~Leash

Plantar fasciitis...
Does anyone have this? I'm pretty sure thats what I have, I have pain on the side of my foot around the arch area through the heel, I'm a runner so this is pretty normal and I think all the miles are just catching up to me. So I saw an advertisement for workout clothes from Old Navy, I never shop there but I thought I'd check it out. They actually had some pretty cute stuff.
