So I'm a runner, and I can't seem to lose any weight no matter how much I eat healthy and such, I am not over weight at all but I want to lose a few. So my question is, is there any way to get over my plateau through running, I was thinking maybe trying to run faster like intervals? I don't know but it's very frustrating! lol Any feedback would be awesome, thanks!

Sprints-do for about 20 min. I go hard till I'mm tired then walk fast for a bit. I try to do at least 12 sprints for 20 min. Supposed to help, who knows.

Have you tried upping your calories a bit? I did that and lost...
And I saw where Cherapple (also a runner) upped her's and lost.

Interval training is a good idea too.

Let us know what you try!

Ok thanks! Yea I probably should up my calories, sometimes its just hard to eat all of my exercise calories.

  • I'd try doing something other than running for a little bit - if your body is used to the running, throw it a curve ball with some hard swimming or circuit training. sprint intervals also are good.
