Ok so I've been a runner for awhile, long distance stuff but recently I got sick so I took like a week and a half off, pretty much no exercise at all. Well a few days ago when I went to run again I kinda felt like I was going to die, I was sooo frustrated because I had really good stamina before and it's like I had to start all over. But tonight I just ran 6 miles at my best pace ever! So heres where you fit it, if you have taken time off or your a new runner don't give up!!! You will get to the point where it doesn't hurt I promise, just take it slow and you'll really surprise yourself!  Ready set RUN!!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I love walking and have started to jog / run with my daily walk. I find that I feel wonderful after I do it, but it hard for me to go very long.
