Day 90 -- Still going strong...

Day 90
My plan:
- BMI: 41.6 to 33.9
- WEIGHT: 55 lbs. lost, from 298 lbs. to 243, next goal is 218, 25 lbs to go.
- WALKING: over 155 miles walked, now on my second pair of walking shoes
- DIABETES: HbA1C from 9.5 (uncontrolled diabetes) to 5.6 (none or well-controlled)
- PANTS: From 46 to 42
- SHIRTS: are from 3XL to between a 2XL & XL
- WAIST: from 51" to 46"
- HIPS: from 46" to 43"
- HEART: resting rate from 85-90 bpm to 58-65
My plan:
- Logging my food every day in MyFitnessPal
- Walking 3x-5x a week for 30 minutes or more
- Support via family, friends, and TOPS
