Happy and proud of my progress. But something is still wrong

I was sailing right along. Getting better with my choices and keeping up with the calorie count. About three weeks ago I had a bad week a bad next week, and another. I'm going way over my calorie deflic regularly now. I can see there is an optical but can't figure for sure what. I have gotten really lax with planning out my meals, and journaling. So as to not bring me down I haven't measured in weeks. I have done wieght, and I'm staying pretty much around 112 and 116. I'm happy with that, but wanted just alittle more. Now with doubling my calorie goal for the day is something else. Not sure what I need to do, as this has been going on at least four weeks, but particular this last two weeks. My general health is good, just had a full blood work up, everything was fine, so I can't blame it on like a health issue. I still am working with a therapist, and she says I've come along way, so I don't think I am eating emotionally. I'm just plan not following the program or just over eating carbs fat and calories all together.
Anyone else gotten like this? It's like half of me is giving up. And that's scary! I'm very happy and proud that I have done as well as I could, actually better than I thought, so why am I feeling less engaged? Anyone else and what did you do to get your full motivation back?

Thanks sofaking! Yes I do need to go back and look at these goals. Maybe that will move me back to how I was doing on the day everything seems to of fallen apart.
I wanted my son and daughter to see me healthy again, both physically and mentally. My son gets married in about 22 days in the keys, I want to look good fir him and actually have my ex wondering why he ever left. I want to around for my grandchildren. I don't want my daughter to be embarrassed by me. And I also want to attract a old friend from HS.0 -
What's the weather like where you are? Have the seasons turned? I found suddenly there was no good salad in the shops, and I'd been used to making up a quick and easy salad a couple of times a day. Now it's time to plan ahead and make vegetable soups etc which are healthy but don't pile on the pounds. Not prepping properly for the turn in weather meant I was suddenly craving sweets stuff and carbs.
Also, unless you are very short, 112-116 is a great slim weight, so you may have stabilised and your body is adjusting back to maintenance quantities not weight loss quantities. But if you are starting to gain again, perhaps that's not it.
I like your goals btw!
