In before "you gotta wait".
The last time I hit my a goal (130lbs) was in June. Granted, I slacked a bit over the summer/before the semester started, and decided to maintain. But ever since I decided to get back into it, I keep teetering between the same 127-130lbs, and it's driving me bonkers!
I've upped my workouts, been eating very close to my calorie goals for the day so my deficit isn't too huge, and don't eat back all of my exercise calories in case MFP/machines overestimate. I also have a food scale, and weigh out all my servings/recipes/ect. I have been preparing a lot of my own meals, so I am accurately gauging what I am eating based on food weights and nutritional information on packaging. I'm also incorporating a lot of fruits, vegetables, and protein into my diet, while still fitting in my daily coffee or fun size candy/ice cream if my macros allow for it and I want it that day.
I'm wondering if this is a sign that my calories are too high. Right now, like I said, I've been teetering at 127-129 since the beginning of August. My calorie goal is slightly under 1,600 per day before exercise. I have myself set as lightly active, my weight loss is set to .5lb/week, I am often walking around at work, and exercise at least 2-3 times per week (more workouts lately, since I've been motivated and my body feels up to it). I'm also 5'4. Should I bump my cals down a bit and see what happens? Or, does anyone have any suggestions for what I can do to hopefully break this? Thanks!

Looking around the 115-120 range for now.0 -
I think maybe your calories are too high. Mine is set at 1550 and I'm 5'8" and weight about 25 pounds more than you.0

Have you tried changing the type of workout you are doing (i.e., stationary bike instead of running, or swimming instead of biking, or whatever)? Or upping the intensity with Hi Intensity Interval Training? Those can help kick a body out of a plateau.0

I was going from doing walking and a group fitness class, to adding in ellipticals and bikes as well. I definitely feel how high intensity elliptical are!0
