    Truly an amazing story! But it's not just about exercise -- she had to eat. I wish she'd have shared her caloric intake and what kinds of food she ate during that transformation.

    Lindsey started out with Weight Watchers and walking/swimming in the first year of her journey. After that she discovered her love of Zumba and other classes at the gym and changed from Weight Watchers to eating clean.

    She is a member of myfitnesspal and for the most part has used it to track her food.

    Fantastic and so very moving throughout - what got me most though was that smile in the before photos - successfully head everything :-( Its great to see her overcome and succeed Totally inspirational so thanks for sharing.

    Amazing !! She looks like a totally different person apart from that gorgeous smile ... It just got bigger as the rest of her shrank. Very inspiring and I love how she really tried a bunch of different things rather than just the gym.
