October Exercise Challenge

Options
Back for a 4th month! In July, I challenged everyone to complete 1,000 minutes of exercise for the month. Some even surpassed that goal by completing over 2,000! Great job! We repeated it in August where everyone set their own goals and many people had to keep upping their goal. So, by popular demand, here's your September exercise challenge.

The goal here is simple: get moving. It doesn't matter when or how, just get moving.

Challenge:
1) Set a goal for yourself of how many minutes of exercise you wish to complete this month. Minimum bid is 1,000 minutes (that's about a half an hour per day this month).
2) Post your goal here.
3) Log in and post your progress as much or as little as you wish. You can post every day, every few days, or once a week.
4) Encourage your fellow participants.

    I'm Laura and I'm aiming for 1,500 again this month. Was about 50 minutes short last month so hopefully will be better this time around.

    I'm glad I spotted this. I'm partially out of action for running (bad knee) but this should give me the motivation to do other exercise.
