Thanks for sharing! A really interesting read. I've been seeing a lot of things on certain social networks advertising 'quick fix' pills/shakes/scams etc and it's driving me barmy! haha.
If all else fails 'if it sounds too good to be true it probably is' is usually my approach to most weight loss related things0 -
That reminds me, there was a good story on NPR on how the media contributes to misinformation.
