They are very vague charts. Uncooked oats are around 1,700 calories per half kilo. Cooked oats are much less, as much of the weight is water.0

The difference must be in the hull.
I am pretty sure that the chart above and the 'Quaker Oats' nutrition info are both referring to uncooked dry weight.
But I think that your figure is right for our (eating) purposes.0 -
