How much did you gain and lose during your pregnancies? What type of exercises are best? Did the baby weight come right off?

I gained 60,55,35, and 60 during each pregnancy. 20-30 comes off quickly during the first few months of breastfeeding then I plateau and need to log and exercise. I usually start about 4-5 mo pp after my milk supply is well established and I am getting semi decent sleep. I like running so that's what I do. I'm lifting weights this time too. I usually hit pre pregnancy weight 10-12 mo pp. when I had the least amount to lose I held on to 3 lbs until I weaned baby at 14 mo--then dropped them in two days.0

I put on give stone with my one and she is now three and I still have two stone to go!! But I'm exceeding every morning for at least 30 mins with a really good streach! And I've cut down on my carbs and sugars!! Cut down not out!! :-)
