Feel free to correct me with a reliable source/reference if I'm wrong but that picture is good motivation to me.

I've seen this before, and would like to know if it's credible too. If so, it's great motivation!3

Oh good thing I scrolled down and saw the yellow blub. I was thinking...nevermind.2

When I loose 5 pounds I swear it is not that much volume! That looks like a boat load for 5 pounds IMHO1

^^Bwaaaahahahahahahaha!
It IS motivating, but if you roll it out like a pastry dough and spread it all out beneath your skin, it doesn't seem quite as voluminous.6 -
yeah, spreading that out under the skin across the entire body and it isnt that much in reducing overage body size.2

That is actually pretty accurate. They have them in the rooms at the bariatric center I go too so they can illustrate how much 5 pounds of fat actually looks like.
Personally I like the vision of other weight lost items. For instance, today during out lunchtime walk, I found out that one of the women I walk with is 79 pounds (very tiny Cambodian lady who is about 4'4"). So far, I have lost an entire Ay Sas (her name)!

Wow. So there is hope that my thighs will get smaller? Never mind. You can't spot reduce...0

Well right, but typically when you lose weight, some of that is fat, some is water and some is muscle. Also, you lose fat all over, not just from one place. So it is spaced out all over your body and less noticeable.1
