Diastasis Recti aka Abdominal split

Are there any other people on here that are dealing with this and have to do certain exercises? Are they helping the muscles become stronger? I discovered that I have this condition about year ago when I was finally able to put a name on it. Going to be starting some of exercises and was hoping to hear some success stories.

Pelvic tilts, goal of at least 30 min walking/day and sitting on exercise ball instead of chair & work. Not sure what success would be, but my core feels a lot stronger and I haven't hurt my back in a while.1

My case was kind of weird . My abs were closed in the center, but I had a two finger gap at the top and at the bottom. I did a diastasis recovery video every day for a month and my gaps have closed completely.
