This time I seriously wants to lose weight.
I'm:
5'6"
168 cm
80 kg when I wake up (empty stomach) 82 kg at night
I want to be 68 kg (empty stomach)
What should I do. Want to lose Moobs too (not gyno said by doctor)
I am thinking for breakfast 5 loaf of bread with tuna. For lunch 3egg omelette. For dinner a bowl of rice with tuna or chicken. No fizzy drinks.
For exercise: walking 1 hour early in the morning non stop.
That's what I want to look like. He is my height (Lil shorter) but 68 kg. First I want to go below 75 kg with my plan than will start gym or calisthenics.
