I've have a treat meal last night and today I had a homemade chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie I've already worked out but I feel so guilty, what should I do?

Feel good.
I lost 80 lbs by eating whatever I felt like, within my calorie limit.
Deprivation diets don't work.
You'll never be able to stick to your diet long enough it you feel guilt for eating nice things.
Moderation is key.10 -
fit it in to your daily calories... It's calories that matter, not the individual foods2

Log it? Is it within your calorie goals? If yes, stop feeling guilty. If no, keep it logged, and stop feeling guilty. I know I'm making it sound easier than it actually is, but the more guilt you feel with foods, the more likely you will get into a cycle of guilt. Let it go. Honestly, it will save you a bunch of frustration in the long run.4

Do you feel guilty for buying magazines or makeup, too, or going on holiday?
When you budget your calories in/out, you know that you aren't "overspending".
Work on your emotions. Eating shouldn't lead to guilt. If it persists, seek professional help.4 -
Just keep going. And if you can try to fit those treats into your daily calories they are fine to have on occasion - and some would argue even every day is fine if you don't go over your calories.0

Fit it in your calories.. you can't really exercise it off per se..
Log it, consume it and moreover enjoy it. Depriving really never works. And do not call it a cheat.
Cheat always implies breaking a rule or law and leaves one feeling bad, hense why you feel guilty.1 -

You should feel awesome that you only ate one cookie and got to enjoy it. Like others mentioned, make sure to log it into your food diary. But don't feel guilty for budgeting in a treat once in a while.
The "treat meal" from the night before is another matter. You haven't defined how many calories that was. Remember, you still have to log the meal. That was always a deterrent for me-- being accountable to have to write it in the log book. But if it was an intentional, planned, treat meal that fits your calorie budget then it was fine.2 -
Never feel guilty for something that fits your calories. You should be feeling awesome for managing to lose weight while eating tasty foods.1

Call it a reward for your hard work and move on. I did the same thing and now I eat what ever I want (reasonably) but all in moderation and using common sense and I am still losing weight.0

I had a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast. Do I feel guilty. Nope. I wish it wasn't the last one in the house. Point is there is nothing wrong with a treat. There is nothing wrong with eating tasty "unhealthy" food. Just log it and keep under your goals and you will meet your goals.
The worst thing to do for weight loss is to deprive yourself. That leads to binge eating and failure.

You should work on your views on food.3
