Can you pull monthly data out of MFP?

I'd like to compare my total calories, calories burned against my weight loss. Is there a way to get the info out of MFP and into Excel in the free version? Or do I have to upgrade to get it?

For no cost, it is an exercise in data entry. You have to go to each day and type the information into a spreadsheet; unless you can find a third-party browser plug-in that downloads exactly the data values you want.

For the cost of Premium, you are also restricted to the data and time periods the MFP developers have decided to download into a CSV file.
