Been using MFP for a few years and now looking for friends again. Im looking only for those who are into lifting, ive had a lot of dvd fitness friends and eliptical/ treadmill friends and they mostly seem to fade and disappear. So if your serious about lifting please add me thanks

I just joined the site recently. But I've been lifting weights for a long time.
I don't know how to join groups,or friends yet.But yeah I can sure talk about lifting!

I have a home gym.So besides the cat getting in my way sometimes,no crowds!
And I can curl in the squat rack if I want to.Ok.No.I don't curl in the squat rack.

    I usually do a Legs/Push/Pull 3 days on,1 off split right now.
It's the old standard routine. But it feels pretty comfortable to me.

I've added all of you, and anyone else add me up too.

Looking to change my plan up, from sl 5*5 to madcow. Been doing sl 5*5 for about 8 months, great results.

You will see a lot of cardio on my timeline, since I bike to work and walk my dog a lot. But lifting and kickboxing is in there too! I've got my own home gym for lifting. It's nothing fancy but it gets things done, specially since I'm still a bit of a newbie. Any adds are welcome

Please add me too! Strong Moose we are similiar in our fitness approach! I recently started Strong Curves as well but I still do my kickboxing, running etc, every day. Before Strong Curves, I did a LOT of body weight exercises which actually worked for me in terms of preserving muscle... (I look pretty cut I think) now I'd like to build more muscle mass on my lower body through Get Glutes.
