    So did I. I was even so excited I wore them on bench day, lol.

    And there is no way I would squat 250 times...

    I have leg day tomorrow - I love a leg day on Saturday! Squats, lunges, ballet squats, calf raises, deadlifts, and throw in some triceps and shoulders for balance. Then maybe a nice long walk with the husband.

    5x5 squat with 220 lbs after deadlifts for me this afternoon.
