What are some healthy high calorie foods that can help me gain some healthy weight

To gain weight in a healthy way, exercise.
Pick high fat foods to gain. You won't have to eat as much. Try nuts and nut butters, avocado, olives and olive oil. All the cheeses are good, too.
I am rather fond of vegetables that have balanced macros. I find them highly satisfying. This includes edamame bean pods and Lupini beans.
I hear egg yolks are enjoying a resurgence. They are full of all sorts of fat soluble vitamins. Eggs Benedict would be a glorious calorie filler.0 -

This thread can help.. but also remember, there really aren't good and bad foods, only good and bad diets. If you need some food that is less nutritious, that is fine. I tend to get 10-15% of my calories from "junk" foods.0
