    Eat a well balanced diet. Eat every 3 hrs. Eat lots of veggies. And drink your water. I've lost 129 lbs in 3 yrs. On my last 28 lbs. I've had alot of ups and downs, alot of experience to figure it out. ;) And don't have any sabotage foods at home. You got this

    I use these sugar free koolaid things where u squirt into a bottle of water. Also u can use Splenda and cinnamon on a lot of things to make it more desert like such as butternut squash or sweet potatoes.

    I have cravings alot. I just eat a spoon of peanut butter. Its sweet and not as bad as junk food. Works for me (most of the time lol)
