Hi, I am 18 years old, female, 5'5 , and 105 lbs. I have a very high metabolism and I'm trying my best to gain more weight, any recommendations or tips or anything? Thanks

First port of call would be the medical professional who diagnosed your very high metabolism. Metabolic conditions require proper management.
Or
Consume more calories up to a point where you are gaining the amount of weight per week that you desire.2 -

Unless you have hyperthyroidism, you probably don't. It's more likely your eating habits or lack there of. The below thread should be helpful.

Calorie dense foods. Red meat, oils, peanut butter, regular butter. Things with low volume that you can add to other foods or foods you already eat.1
