IIFYM anybody?

Has anyone used the services from IIFYM to help them lose weight and count their macros properly for their specific needs? I used a calculator of theirs and they of course keep sending emails and I'm curious about the customized macro blueprint.

    I don't use IIFYM specifically, but I do have a group of RD's that I work with who do similar (Eat to Perform) - they review my macros every 2 weeks (via an app on my phone and my MFP link) and adjust as needed

    Some one is using the very simple "If it fits your macros" principle to sell people stuff? That sucks. Like I said, it's a simple principle. No need to pay for it.

    I used it as a starting point. I know a lot of people (including myself) who think Stronger U and RP templates are better.
